Cancellation Policy

Effective: 1 February 2026

OVERVIEW — This cancellation policy applies to all bookings made with Be Elite Aesthetics, whether made online, by telephone, or in person. This policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

CANCELLATION BY YOU — 48 hours or more before your appointment: full refund of any deposit paid. 24 to 48 hours before your appointment: 50% refund of any deposit paid. Less than 24 hours before your appointment: no refund. These timeframes are calculated from the scheduled start time of your appointment. Cancellation requests must be made by telephone or email to hello@beelite.clinic. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation in writing.

STATUTORY CANCELLATION RIGHTS — Where your booking was made online or by telephone (a "distance contract"), you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of the booking being confirmed, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If your appointment is scheduled within the 14-day cooling-off period and you request that treatment begins within that period, you acknowledge that: you will lose your statutory right to cancel once the treatment has been fully performed; and if you cancel after the treatment has begun but before it is complete, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount for the service already provided.

NO-SHOWS — If you do not attend your appointment without giving prior notice, the full appointment fee may be charged. Two or more no-shows within a 12-month period may result in a requirement to pay the full treatment fee at the time of booking for future appointments. We understand that emergencies happen — if you have a genuine emergency that prevents you from attending or cancelling in time, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review your case sympathetically.

CANCELLATION BY US — If we need to cancel your appointment due to practitioner illness, an emergency, or any other reason, we will: notify you as soon as reasonably possible; offer you an alternative appointment at a time convenient to you; and provide a full refund of any deposit or prepayment if you do not wish to rebook. We will not charge any cancellation fees when the cancellation is initiated by us.

LATENESS — If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your treatment depending on clinical requirements and the practitioner's schedule. If insufficient time remains to carry out the treatment safely, it will be treated as a late cancellation. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early, particularly for first appointments where consultation paperwork may be required.

RESCHEDULING — Rescheduling is treated as a cancellation of the original appointment and a new booking. The cancellation terms above apply based on the notice given for the original appointment. Where possible, we will accommodate rescheduling requests without penalty if sufficient notice is given.

REFUND METHOD — Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will arrange an alternative refund method with you.

GIFT VOUCHERS AND PACKAGES — Cancellations of appointments booked using gift vouchers will result in the voucher value being reinstated rather than a monetary refund, subject to the voucher's expiry date. Package treatments that have been partially used are non-refundable for the sessions already completed; unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
