We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the appointment will receive a 50% refund. For injectable treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers, a consultation is required before your first treatment. For skin treatments like chemical peels and microneedling, a consultation is recommended but not mandatory.
